We reegineered Beekman’s financial reporting systems and model, in tandem with the new CEO’s strategy, and lead on the strategic acquisition of its biggest supplier of goods.

Challenge

Beekman 1802 had brought on Mitch Hara, a successful ex-investment banker and head of Corporate Development at HSN, to assume the role as CEO and steer the company forward. In an effort to communicate the strategy and capital deployment plan for Beekman 1802, Trivium Advisory was retained to build an in-depth financial model.

Approach

In Phase I, Trivium Advisory worked with management to cleanse raw historical financial reporting data to build a standalone 3-statement model. Moreover, Trivium engineered a detailed 5-year forecast built upon the strategic direction of the new CEO. During Phase II, we expanded that model to incorporate a strategic acquisition of a major supplier.
