Our work during COVID-19

We supported businesses at critical junctures.

January – March

Trivium supported Vianova Health with its cash management initiatives as it was investing heavily into its proprietary technology platform;

After the arrival of Covid-19, Trivium brokered a partnership between Vocinity, a cognitive AI tool, and Vianova, to pivot its business to Covid-19 monitoring services with conversational interactive voice response (“IVR”) embedded into its capabilities

March

Trivium supported Provision Capital by building out various financing scenarios to source additional warehouse financing lines to purchase residential real estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

April – June

Trivium was brought on by Access Holdings, a private equity firm, to conduct a deep-dive on the sports marketing industry.

1. Our company ran a deep-dive analysis on ten companies with highly-detailed financial forecasts that included scenarios that incorporated the impact of Covid-19.

2. The forecasts were utilized to negotiate purchase prices and to inform the operating team on how to manage cash flow in the post-acquisition phase

June – July

Trivium Global helped Persivia pivot its business model away from value-based care services to a more integrated data analytics-driven offering. We were involved in the strategic planning process focusing on new growth areas such as Electronic Lab Reporting (“ELR”) to provide value-added services to U.S. states.
